What happens with the email I sign in with?
Exactly two things: it receives your sign-in codes, and it receives the mail your aliases forward. No marketing email, and your address is never handed to anyone else. The privacy notice has the full detail.
What does pausing an alias actually do?
While paused, anything sent to that alias is dropped outright — not forwarded, not archived, not recoverable. It's the mute button for an alias that has started attracting junk, and you can un-pause at any moment.
The sign-in code never arrives — now what?
